Hello! For us at Cosy Lights it is important not only to create the perfect decorative candle for your home, but also for it to arrive to you quickly, safely and in impeccable condition. For this reason, we work with the two leading courier companies in Bulgaria – Econt and Speedy.

We meticulously limit the use of glassware to a minimum to ensure that your orders will arrive completely undamaged, packaged in our luxurious boxes with a ribbon.

 

1. Delivery methods

 

When completing your order, you can choose the most convenient way of receiving it: Delivery with Speedy: To a Speedy office. To a personal or business address. To a Speedy vending machine (APS). Delivery with Econt:

To an Econt office. To a personal or business address.

📦 Production and delivery time: Since each candle is made by hand and with great care from the comfort of your home, the standard processing and shipping time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. After we hand over the shipment to a courier, it usually arrives at your doorstep the next business day.

 All shipments are sent with the "Preview" option - please check the condition of the candle in front of the courier!

 

2. Shipping costs

The shipping cost is automatically calculated on the checkout page depending on the rates of the selected courier (Speedy or Econt), the weight of the shipment and the final destination. Free shipping: For orders over [Fill in the amount, e.g. 80 BGN], shipping to a Speedy or Econt office is completely free!

 

3. Payment methods
 
For your convenience, we offer the most secure and common payment method in Bulgaria: Cash on delivery - You pay the order amount directly to the courier (in cash or by card at a terminal) upon receipt of the shipment, after taking advantage of the preview option. Payment by bank card: Fast and secure payment directly through the site with your debit or credit card at the time of order.
